Loving yourself comes first

The first step of healing the body is to love thyself. Love and appreciate yourself! Thank your body for all of its hard work. Look at yourself in a new light. Start saying affirmations, such as, “I love myself. I am beautiful just the way I am. I am worthy. I am love, love is truth, and truth is love. I deserve good health. I am ready for self-healing. I am strong. I celebrate my life!”
