4 oz. plain, organic kefir or whole-milk yogurt (or unsweetened applesauce if avoiding dairy)
1 cup of organic berries
1/2 organic lemon- juice & pulp
1 Tbs. ground flaxseed or chia seed
1 Tbs. organic almonds (raw, unapsteurized. Most in US are pasteurized, so buy locally if possible)
1 Tbs. Nutritional Yeast
1/2 cup organic spinach
1 Tbs. Spirulina or green powder (I like Health Force brand)
1 1/2 Tbs. pumpkin protein powder ( I LOVE Omega Nutrition brand)
1/2 Tsp. organic cinnamon, turmeric, ginger
1 cup filtered water
(You don’t have to use ALL of the ingredients. Pick and choose..have fun with it!)
