Quiet Moments for Spiritual Awareness

Take some time for yourself and your spiritual progression.  Relax, take some deep breaths, stop, listen, feel the sensations within your own body, take a hot bath, write in a journal, listen to soft music, make a gratitude list, talk to a tree! =)  Spread the LOVE that is already within you!

  1. Its like you read my mind! You seem to know so much about this, like you wrote the book in it or something. I think that you can do with some pics to drive the message home a little bit, but other than that, this is great blog. An excellent read. I will definitely be back.
