Avocado Chocolate Pudding

Avocados battle diabetes, lower cholesterol, prevent strokes, control blood pressure and smooths skin. Avocado is derived from the Aztec word “ahuacatl” –a fruit native to Central & South America.
1 cup cubes (150 g) contains the following:
Vitamin K 31.5 mcg
Fiber 10 g
Potassium 727 mg
Folate 122 mcg
Vitamin E 4.5 IU
Fats 22 g, nearly all monounsaturated
Protein 3 g
Carbohydrates 12.8 (10 of which is fiber)

3 avocados
6 Tablespoons raw, organic cocoa powder
1/4 cup raw honey (local if possible)
1 tsp. organic vanilla extract
Celtic Sea salt
Optional: berries or banana on top

Puree avocados, cocoa powder, honey and vanilla in food processor until smooth. Can be eaten right away or put in the fridge to chill for a bit. Sprinkle pudding with sea salt and top with berries or banana before serving.
