I AM ENOUGH.
I am not enough is a common core belief in our society and one that I have always struggled with myself. We project this scarcity mindset onto everything…Not enough:
- Not enough _________.
Not being enough is story that we tell ourselves. It is a pattern that is programmed into our subconscious minds, and it is what holds us back from showing up in the world the way we want to be seen. In order to truly stand in our power of WHO WE ARE; we must shift that core to belief to I AM ENOUGH. We must accept and honor all parts of ourselves to feel whole. We must feel in our body that we are worthy and wonderful. We must embrace ourselves with self-compassion and self-trust. Only then will we be free. Once we anchor and accept every part of ourselves, we can shine our light and illuminate those around us. Let us honor ourselves with radical self-acceptance.
